Our Policy
Our "Happy Kid" Promise
We want you and your little one to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it — no questions asked.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- We’ll cover return shipping on defective or incorrect items
- For change-of-mind returns, a small shipping fee applies
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item
Return Policy
Timeframe: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened activity kits, workbooks, or art supplies.
